Shawn had installed a new latch and replaced my cylinder. Sometime had passed and the handle was malfunctioning due to wear and tear. This occurred late at night. I called and he answered right away. He was courteous and told me he would be there in the morning. Sure enough he went and fixed it in a split sec. Amazing service and amazing customer service. Use him. You won’t lose!!!!

Shay promptly responded to our request for service on two old locks. He quickly replaced the lock and installed a key pad lock on another door. His response time and his work were exceptional. In addition to his quality work his prices were reasonable.
